Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions
apply for our public courses held in English.
Confirmation
SNT will send out a confirmation to participants via e-mail
after enrolment.
Course hours
Our course hours are between 9.00 - 16.00 CET.
Prices
All prices are given in Swedish crowns (SEK) and excl. VAT (25%).
Included
In SNT:s courses
course literature, other course documentation, lunch and coffee is included.
Participant cancellations
/ transfers
The booking (enrolment) is binding. Cancellations or transfers may be made until no later than 30 days
before course start with a full refund. After this date no refund can
be made.
Payment
Invoicing is conducted in conjunction with enrolment.
The course fee is due within 30 days.
The invoice must be paid (the amount received to the bank account on the invoice) at latest 10 days before the course starts.
If enrolment is done later than 10 days before the course starts the payment must be received imminently, and always before the start date of the course.
Discounts
Are you several colleagues from the same company that will attend the course? Contact SNT for information about discounts.
Course cancellations
SNT reserves the
right to cancel the course or change course date. In case of course cancellation
or change of course date SNT:s liability shall be limited to a refund
of any fees paid.
